As Facade Access, Working at height specialists, Fall Protection experts & knowledge of all MEWPs capabilities,  we can offer the complete facade access consultancy advise.  We can carry out the following items, but not limited to:

  • Outline design

    • Consult & analyze the scope of the project with the Architect and Design.
    • Identify & evaluate the unique requirements of the project, the constraints and their influence on the facade access proposals.
    • Identify the nature, from and materials of the structures.
    • Agree cleaning maintenance methodology and frequency of operations.
    • Provide input to client CDM hazard identification and management checklists, etc..

  • Design services

    • Assist the Design team in developing the design
    • Develop options & recommendations for consideration and provide schematic design studies.
    • Prepare and submit generic design information for the agreed design proposal, sufficient for incorporation into the architectural layout drawings with budget cost estimates, etc...

  • Construction documents

    • Provide drawaings (i.e. plans, sections, etc.).
    • Prepare a detailed and complete technical specification.
    • Any additional lifting equipment, for facacde maintennace and repair to configure tender documents to encourage competitive tendering.

  • Tendering & negotiations

    • Provide assistance on any tendering matter.
    • Attend or conduct tender review meetings, as required, etc...

  • Construction-Related Services

    • Review submittals from Facade Access trade contractors.
    • Review relevant submittals from related trade contractors where there is an interfacing requirements.
    • Progress Reviews by attending design team meetings specifically relating to the facade access equipment for the resolution of technical issues, etc...
